Share the folders in explorer as always. Probably will have to use share with specific names and choose everyone. THEN YOU MUST change access to read/write.
You MUST turn off Password Protected Sharing on the SERVER to use it from other computers as a mapped drive.

Homegroup Sharing Options
Change Advanced Sharing Settings
Turn off Password Protected Sharing
Save
It turns out that now you can map a network drive to yourself to have the server function as a user.
