Click on Start

Right Click on Computer

Click on Properties

In the Computer name, domain, and workgroup settings area, click on Change Settings

Click on Network ID

Select option for This computer is part of a business network (default) - Click Next

Choose My company uses a network without domain (if asked - I don't think home version will have this) - Click Next

Type in the name of the workgroup (all caps?) - Click Next

When it's done - Click Finish

Restart the computer for it to take effect.
