Inventory Statistics Screen
Many of you have asked for it - well folks, here it is. This will give you the capability to see what your best sellers are for a given time periods (30 days, 90 days, 180 days and 1 year).
Please go to the Inventory Screen. The button for it reads Inventory Stat Screen. Click on that button and you will see the screen below.
To use it, first click on the Update Amounts button and wait. While you are waiting - please understand this, the information that will be displayed on the screen will only be as accurate as the LAST TIME you ran the Update Amounts. Another way of putting this is, you are running the update right now, so when you display the information it will be very accurate today. If you wait a week and do NOT rerun the Update Amounts, the information will be EXACTLY the same as it was today, and will be out of date by one week. So, when you want really valid data, run the Update Amounts button.
Now for the good stuff. The check boxes for Last 30, 90, 180 and 365 control how far back you look. So if you click show results after the Update Amounts has run, you will see your bestsellers for the last 30 days. If you check the last 365 box AND THEN CLICK the Show Results button, you will see your bestsellers for the last year etc.
Now, if you type in a vendor code and click Show Results, you will see items screened for that vendor only. It works the same for a department number.
