A/R Mailing List Dump - Ascii Fields
This file consists of comma delimited ascii fields.
One Record in the file consists of the fields as follows: (separated by commas):
*, Account Number, Last Name, First Name, Street Address, City,
State, Zipcode
The * at the beginning is merely a placeholder indicating the start of a record.
It has no cosmic significance other than I like to have a known start character
when I am trying to decode someone else's file so I include it here for your
convenience.
If you dump All Labels - it will create a file name WARALL.DAT
If you dump Active Labels - it will create a file named WARACT.DAT
If you dump Zero Balance Accounts - it will create a file named WARZERO.DAT
These files will usually reside on the M:\ Drive.
It will probably be a good idea to print this page for future reference.
